About
The Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) - Northern Colorado Chapter invites you to join them on Thursday, August 28, 2025 for the 2nd Annual Denver Federal Center Cyber Summit.. The event will take place once again at GSA Building 41 in the Remington Arms Conference Room. This event is also being support the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) - Denver Chapter and the Data Management Association (DAMA) - Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMC). Their members will receive the invite, and they will spread the word in Denver and the surrounding areas.
The Denver Federal Center, in Lakewood, Colorado, is home to about 6,200 government employees. There are 28 different Federal agencies on-site, making it the largest concentration of Federal agencies outside Washington D.C. ​The major employers at the Center include the United States Department of the Interior (Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and United States Geological Survey) and the General Services Administration.

The event will feature cybersecurity awareness and technical briefs from government and industry SMEs, as well as cyber and IT exhibits.

In 2024, over 150 attendees participated. Some of the agencies represented included: United States Geological Survey (USGS), Bureau of Reclamation (BoR), United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), General Services Administration (GSA), Small Business Administration (SBA), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), Department of Interior (DoI), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Western Area Power Administration (Denver), United States Air Force (USAF), United States Army (USA), and more.
